At Slice of Heaven Pizzeria, we're passionate about bringing you the most authentic Italian pizza experience outside of Italy. Our journey began in 1995 when our founder, Giovanni Rossi, moved from Naples to share his family's century-old pizza recipes with the world.

We use only the finest ingredients, imported directly from Italy, and our dough is made fresh daily using a traditional 48-hour fermentation process. Our wood-fired ovens reach temperatures of 900°F, ensuring the perfect crispy yet chewy crust that Neapolitan pizza is famous for.
